ID: Man with Gun and Dog, Shoots, Apprehends, Escaped Prisoner

WALLACE, Idaho -

Escaped prisoner Roy Bieluch has been apprehended after being shot by a homeowner in the Wallace area.

Around 5:38 p.m. Brian Becker went to check on his barking dog at his home on Placer Creek north of Wallace. After searching his property with a flashlight, Becker discovered Bieluch hiding in a tree.
