Detectives say the suspected gunman remained at the location and is cooperating with the investigation.
Witnesses
told police it was the older man, who is now dead, who actually pulled
the weapon. They went on to say the younger man then took it from him.
Police
think this could be a case of self defense. They are waiting to get
more information before determining if any charges will be filed.
