BREMERTON, Wash. -- Police say an armed 78-year-old man thwarted a Wednesday morning burglary at his East Bremerton home.
The homeowner and his 80-year-old wife were asleep in their second story bedroom when their security alarm went off at about 3:30 a.m., according to police.
