WV: Business Owner Shoots Suspect

Deputies say Justin chased after a suspect who was outside. That man who has now been identified as Daniel Knight of Cambells Creek, turned and was holding a large metal object. That's when Hardman took out a pistol and shot him in the rear. Knight kept running. On the morning of October, 10, deputies were able to find him, alive, but wounded, about a mile from the shop.

"I'm not mad at him at all, I'm sorry for whats happened, but he's doing what he thought was right," said Paul Hardman.
