Award-winning Fox 5 I-Team chief Emily Miller, well known in Washington media and political circles, is leaving the station.
Miller, a former House GOP and Bush administration spokeswoman who also worked for the Washington Times, is leaving after two years during which she had scoops on former Mayor Marion Barry's failure to pay parking tickets and excessive fines on Virginia toll roads.
