NJ: Domestic Defense, Father Shoots Son

DENNIS TOWNSHIP — A township man who shot his adult son early Sunday morning was not charged with a crime, State Police said Tuesday.


Patrick Boland, 28, tried to kick down his parents’ locked bedroom door and threatened to kill them before his father, William Boland, 55, shot him in the hip about 2 a.m., according to police.
