AL: Man Shoots, Kills, Intruder
Law enforcement characterized the incident as a self defense shooting. A resident at the home, whose name has not been released, allegedly shot the man after an altercation at the house.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick identified the deceased man as 34-year-old Johnathan Andrew Smith of Blountsville.
