Looking for Christmas Song, Santa with a .45, or Santa Mugged

About 36 or 37 years ago, at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, I recall hearing a Christmas song over the radio. I would like to find it again.

It was a rendition of Santa Clause is Coming to Town, but with a significant twist.  In the story line, Santa is mugged, and when he comes back, he comes prepared.

As I recall, Santa comes to town armed with a .45.

There are plays on "He knows who has been naughty and nice".

I recall a memorable line about the reindeer.  Something like trample, trample, trample.

I do not know if the song had much of a shelf life. I only heard it the one year, around 1981.

Someone out there knows of it, and has a copy, or knows where to get one.

I would appreciate finding a copy online, or failing that, some way to make an audio file and post it online.
