DE: Armed Citizen Holds Intruder with Six Warrents for Police
HARTLY, Del. (AP) - A man who broke into a Delaware house and was held at gunpoint says he only broke in to get out of the rain.
The News Journal of Wilmington reports 28-year-old Jeffrey Smith was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary and criminal mischief.
