TX: Witness Shoots at Suspect who Shot, Killed Two Men on Interstate 10

A witness behind the sedan reportedly thought the shooter would fire at him. The witness then grabbed his personal pistol and shot at the suspect, who got back into the car and fled the scene, according to Assistant HPD Chief Bobby Dobbins.
