OMAHA, Neb. —
A man was arrested after being shot during a home invasion, according to Omaha police.
OPD said officers responded around noon to a report of a home invasion near North 48th and Maple streets.
According to police, the victim told officers someone who was armed tried to enter his home and steal a couple of dogs. The victim told police he was able to disarm the suspect and shot him.
