A man was shot and killed on South McCarran Boulevard late Sunday in a shooting police say appears to have occurred in self-defense.
Around 11:30 p.m. officers responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of South McCarran Boulevard and found a man who was shot as well as the other person involved in the incident.
The man shot was taken to a hospital but died from his injuries, Reno police said in a press statement.
"No arrests have been made at this time as this incident appears to be in self defense," Reno police wrote
