Investigators say 50-year-old Buddy Driver attempted to break into the home.
At that point, officials say the homeowner shot Driver several times from inside the home as Driver attempted to get into the house through a window.

There seems to be a lot of these home invasions. I'm wondering about the immigration status of the intruders. Are they just American trash or is a trend developing by foreigners? You have posted even females are involved , unusual I think. is it mostly larger towns or smaller towns? I keep a street sweeper handy for break-ins and I have the repair material handy for patching the extra hole that miss the target I keep a tow rope handy to drag them out of the house with my jeep. not too much to drag out after a street sweeper blast. Sure makes for a lot of clean up. but they never come back.
