Around 6:40 p.m., two suspects, both men, met with two other men at a residence on the 11000 block of Loch Lomond Road, east of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway and south of Katella Avenue, for a suspected drug deal, said Orange County Sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Woodroof. The suspected sellers then attempted to rob the two men at the residence at gunpoint.
The two men, also armed, exchanged gunfire outside the residence, ending when the suspected dealers were both shot and injured, Woodroof said.
