A male victim, 28 was in a dispute with an unknown male offender in the alley when both subjects produced handguns and exchanged gunfire. The offender fled the scene and it is unknown at this time if he sustained injuries. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the right leg and arm and was transported to Mt Sinai hospital in good condition. The victim was very uncooperative and refused to answer questions about the incident. Officers did recover his weapon and there is no one in custody. Area Five detectives continue to investigate the incident.
