Investigators say the victim arrived at the business and got into an altercation with another man. Police say the victim pointed a handgun at the other man, and the man then shot the victim.
Police say the shooter drove himself to the Mobile Police 2nd Precinct to turn himself in and was detained for questioning. No arrest has been made at this time.
The case has been turned over to the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office for review, and police said no additional information will be released right now.
