DENVER (CN) - A gun control expert and proponent of background checks
had a tough time defending his case in Colorado's gun control trial.
Monday
was day six in the federal trial brought by 31 Colorado pro-gun groups
and people who claim that three bills regulating gun use in Colorado are
unconstitutional.

I am surprised Koppel did not reference the points made by John Lott. Lott has stated the murder rate was growing at an even higher rate prior to relaxing purchase limits, so the data show a reduction in the rate of growth. This indicates a net positive impact. Maybe the reported account is not comprehensive.
I used to read and refer cased I found on Court House news, until they wanted to charge for the DOCs and the PDF files.
