Comparing Indiana and Chicago Approaches to Murders
The simple-minded Chicago way and the sensible Hoosier way.
Chicago is plagued with increasing violence and ever higher murder rates, and Mayor Rahm Emanuel is responding with a typical simple-minded reaction: Get rid of the guns, or at least intimidate the law-abiding citizens who want to buy them. That’ll show those gang members!
