CA: Four Suspects Held at Gunpoint by Relative of Property Owner, Tires Shot

A relative shot out a vehicles tires to prevent them leaving.  They originally had permission to be there.  Unusual case.

A citizen had at least two burglary suspects at gunpoint and was awaiting the arrival of law enforcement. While deputies were responding, the citizen called back to report that two additional suspects were on scene. At that point, deputies said the citizens reported they were being cooperative and no longer holding them at gunpoint.
