CA: Woman Says man she shot was Intruder
The shooting happened at a house on Misty View Way, in the area southeast of Oroville.
Butte County deputies explained the man was shot at approximately 2:30 a.m. A woman, who lives at the address was covered in blood, told deputies the man was an intruder and shot him.
