VA: Good Samaratan Shoots Attacking Dog

A neighbor heard screaming and saw the attack occurring; one dog was attacking as another dog stood by.

The neighbor yelled at the dogs, attempting to distract them, but was unsuccessful. A relative of the neighbor retrieved his firearm and the neighbor shot the dogs.
