NC: Shooting Death ruled Justifed

Investigators say Joyner burst into Winfree's mobile home just before 7:30 p.m. Feb. 2 and a fight ensued in which Joyner, armed with a hunting knife, cut Winfree on the hand.

According to the report, Winfree was able to push Joyner out of the house, but when Joyner charged the front door again, Winfree shot him.
