TX: Employee Shoot Employer in Self Defense

"The business owner allegedly attempted to reach out of his jacket pocket to pull out a pistol, the employee told him over and over again not to pull it out, whenever he pulled his gun out, the employee pulled his gun and shot 3 to 5 times," says Captain Matthew Miller, Atacosa County Sheriff's Office.

The victim is from Deer Park, TX. As for the shooter, he is 43 years old and from Clyde, Texas.

Deputies say he immediately called 911 after the shooting. He will remain in custody until the investigation is complete.
