MANCHESTER — A Hillsborough County jury found a Manchester man not guilty last week of charges stemming from a shooting that left another man paralyzed from the waist down, prosecutors said.
Ira Cohen, 65, had claimed self defense in the April 2015 shooting that took place on Hanover Street when his car was stuck in traffic.
