TN: Victim Shoots Suspect in Ear



An Oak Ridge Police report states the victim heard banging in the basement of his Jefferson Avenue home around midnight and went to investigate. The report states the victim found Eddie Joe Kimblin, 47, of Harriman allegedly trying to break in.
