GA: Armed Victime Shoots, Kills 1 of 2 Armed Robbers...No Charges

One snatched a gold necklace off the shooter and took his iPhone. The robbery crew was armed and at least one had a gun drawn before the man pulled his own gun and fired, according to a police report.

“The shooter will not be charged because he was the victim of an armed robbery. It is being classified as a justifiable homicide,” Lt. Lonzy Robertson told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
