PA: Man Breaks into Home, is Shot, Killed

LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa -- Police in Dauphin County are investigating a home invasion in which the intruder was shot and killed by the homeowner.

Update: The intruder has now been identified as Servando Santos, 23, of York. Witnesses reported that they saw Santos walk from another home on Fairway lane, where police believe he was involved in a disturbance that left a woman critically injured, to the second home where he was subsequently shot and killed.
