FL: Uber Driver Shoots Assailant in Leg
SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) – A 42-year-old man was arrested Thursday night, accused of attacking an Uber driver who then shot him in self defense.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office arrested Geoffrey C. Ruscher for Assault and Battery Causing Bodily Harm.

The driver, unfortunately, will be probably barred from Uber for violation of their "rules/regulations" regarding weapons (which also apply to passengers). It is better the driver be alive than another "Reginald Denny" type of victim.
Boycott Uber, and any other business that infringes on 2A Rights.
