PA: Kevin Miller Cleared in Shooting of David Frankhouser, Jr.
Kevin A. Miller told authorities from the beginning that he shot David Frankhouser Jr. out of self-defense, believing the angry and drunken man coming at him in downtown Reading last summer had a gun and a knife.
On Tuesday, a jury agreed, finding Miller not guilty of homicide and related charges.
Miller, 35, remained composed as the jury cleared him of the murder, and turned twice to look at a friend
