TX: Off Duty Constable Fires with Attempted Disarm by Car Burglar Suspect

The man did get out of his vehicle but started walking away from the deputy.

The deputy eventually followed the man. When they got close to each other, the man raised his arms and pushed the deputy's weapon away which caused it to discharge upwards in the air.

Both the deputy and male suspect were not hurt from the gunfire.More Here
