Followup NC: No Charges for Joseph Mark Harrison in Shooting of Max Barnes
NEWTON — A Hickory man will not face charges after shooting a Connelly Springs man during a roadside confrontation, according to a release from District Attorney David Learner’s Office.
Joseph Mark Harrison, 58, shot Joshua Max Barnes, 21, after Barnes reportedly punched him several times on Oct. 4.
