According to an arrest report, a man was backing a trailer into his
driveway on Sealine Drive at about 11:15 p.m. Friday when he noticed an
SUV blocking the road. The man said the SUV driver, later identified as
Nicholas W. Pinto, 42, approached him yelling and screaming and had his
hand behind his back, so he fired a round from his handgun into the
ground, and Pinto walked off.
