Followup OK: Fatal Shooting at Whataburger was Justified Defense
TULSA, Oklahoma - No charges are being filed against a man accused of a deadly shooting outside the Whataburger near 15th and Peoria.
Detectives say after reviewing surveillance video and speaking with witnesses, they believe the shooting victim, 30-year-old Eldon Mustin, may have been the aggressor in this situation.
