MUNCIE, IN — City police said a Muncie man attacked several employees and patrons at a south-side tavern before he was shot by one of his victims on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The gunshot wound that 53-year-old Larry Robert Scott received was not life-threatening, authorities said Tuesday night.
