Best not to stop in a "road rage" incident if you can avoid it. If there has been no contact to that point, there is no need to exchange information.
“The case was presented to this grand jury after an investigation
from the Bell County Sheriff’s office as well as the District Attorney’s
office, and the evidence was presented and after viewing the evidence
presented to them the grand jury...declined to indict and issued a no
bill in the case,” First Assistant District Attorney Murf Bledsoe said.
“The case had significant self-defense issues, he said.”
