Fearing for his life, a clerk shot at two robbery suspects at a South
Valley store on Monday night, according to the Bernalillo County
Sheriff's Department.
One of the suspects died as result, but the clerk is not facing any
charges at this time. According to Sgt. Aaron Williamson, the other
suspect, 20-year-old Ruben Lucero, has been charged with an open count
of murder.
