Followup FL: Richard Boyle found Not Guilty in Self Defense Shooting

The jury that began deliberating Richard Bohl’s case Thursday afternoon returned the verdict Friday morning after several hours of deliberations in the 2013 case. Bohl, 49 was originally charged with attempted first-degree murder after Gary Jorglewich was rushed to a hospital, where he was listed in critical condition after the neighbors fought over an incident where Jorglewich’s wife said Bohl’s dogs attacked her.
