LA: Homeowner Shoots Suspect who Attacked Him
The homeowner told police Jackson tried to attack him, and that he shot Jackson in the stomach, arm and leg in the fight. Police say Jackson's injuries are not life threatening, and that he will be charged with burglary once released from the hospital.
