Not much out there on this shooting?

LINNDALE, OHIO - Police here and Cleveland EMS say that one man has been taken to MetroHealth Medical Center after he was shot inside the Family Dollar store at West 117th Street and Bellaire Avenue about 3 p.m. Sunday.

The man that was shot was allegedly attempting to rob the store.

According to one witness, the holder of a concealed carry permit pulled out his gun and shot the would-be robber. Apparently the suspect also fired his gun but missed hitting anyone.

The man who shot the would-be robber was in the back seat of a Linndale police cruiser when WKYC arrived at the scene.

More details of the incident when they are available.
