When I was about 7 years old I picked up some candy at the corner market, My Dad walked me back to the market and made me apologize and pay double I have never stolen anything else. from then on the guy that owned the market would from time to time add some candy to my bag for free. My old lady next door neighbor would pay me a nickel to mail her penny post cards. the mail box was right in front of that market. the nickel never had a chance to warm up my pocket. You could get candy in those days, some two or three for a penny. values are taught at a very early age, broken homes are a big source of our current stealing problems. the got to have it now attitude covers most of the other problems. Credit is destroying this country. You pay for what you get one way or the other. Integrity or jail is every ones choice. recently a well known Hollywood type had to force someone out of his home at gun point, he was charged with assault with a fire arm. He had every right to force them out. the cops overstepped their authority, they never saw it happen. I hope he wins a law suit.
