I would love to take on some of these cases where the cops take your guns. the complex owner could evict a person for violating the lease rules but where does he get the right to deny your right to self protection without employing armed security guards. How do the police get away with taking private property without paying fair market value. When you take something of value without paying for it, that is theft and a crime, in this case a crime under color of law. denial of due process and an oath violation. this guy fired in self defense he broke no law.
