NM: Business Man Shoots Burglar, Both Arrested

When the man arrived at his shop, he shot a burglar.

All these news are simply astonishing and dangerous for all of us. the person carrying gun in his hand must be taught the morale duties and responsibility before he gets a license or gets the permission to fire a bullet. He must understand the responsibility along with the freedom. Good training before providing license is necessary.
