Followup TN: Career Criminal Shot by Homeowner Sentenced to 13 years in Prison

KNOXVILLE (WATE) – A Knoxville man shot by a homeowner during a home invasion last year has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison.

Mark Brandon Caldwell, 35, was convicted of two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of theft. He was sentenced Thursday to 13 years in prison to be served consecutively with an eight year sentence from another aggravated burglary case.
