LA: Elderly Woman Shoots, Wounds, Man who took off Pants

An elderly woman shot and injured a man Wednesday morning after he entered her yard north of Walker, removed his pants and shoes, and refused her command to leave, the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies found 46-year-old Robbie Herpich, of 35839 La. 447, partially clothed, shot once in the lower leg and hiding beneath the woman's home in the 35000 block of La. 447, Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Lori Steele said.
