Followup AL: Woman Suspected of Home Invasion Charged with Felony Murder

A Guntersville woman has been indicted on a murder charge after authorities allege she solicited a man to assault a Baileyton homeowner who then shot and killed his attacker in April.

A Cullman County grand jury found probable cause to charge Kelly Joan Young Bryan, 41, with two counts of criminal solicitation for burglary and assault in addition to felony murder.
