IL: 45-Year-Old Shoots 17-Year-Old attempting to Steal his Car

The 45-year-old left his car running and came out to find a 17-year-old attempting to steal the car, according to a release from the city. He fired his weapon toward the 17-year-old to "stop the offender from running him over with his vehicle."
