According to College Station Police, the 30-year-old homeowner came
outside and found 23-year-old Daniel Pinon of Navasota actively
burglarizing his garage in the 3200 block of Wildrye.
The homeowner and Pinon got in a short physical fight, at which point
the homeowner, who had grabbed his gun, shot Pinon in his left leg.
Pinon then fled on foot.
