Followup AZ: Burglar run off by 13-Year-Old with Gun found in Jail

On June 29, Headrick was discovered to be in jail already on other charges. He admitted to being there, but denied kicking in the door.

He did reportedly tell investigators that "if the boy had not been there with a gun they probably would have taken the victim's property."

Headrick will now faces a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary.
