Followup MO: Shooting of Rhonda Hood Found to be Justified
In a news release Thursday, the Sheriff's department says it has finished the investigation into Hood's death and sent the information to the Prosecuting Attorney who ruled the shooting was "justified in defense of himself and the other people in the house."
