LA: Gunfight - Robbery Suspect Killed, Victim Wounded

Police said that just before midnight, officers responding to a call of shots fired found two men suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 100 block of Cypress Grove Court.

One man was pronounced dead on scene and the other was taken to hospital by EMS, police said. The incident remains under investigation, but police said that they believe the surviving victim, 33, may have been trying to defend himself from the man who died. Authorities have not released the name of either man.
